Condo 183 is a ground floor, end unit. The secluded lanai is nicely sheltered from the afternoon sun and catches the ocean breezes.
Unit 183 is a recently remodeled, one bedroom condominium. It has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. All dining and cooking utensils are provided. The sofa bed in the living area has a Queen-size mattress. The bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed. There is also cable TV in the bedroom. The entertainment cabinet in the living area is equipped with Cable TV, CD, DVD and a Security Safe for valuables. Movie rentals are available at the registration desk.
High speed internet access, with ethernet cable, is provided at no charge. The phone system in the unit provides message service.
Note: The guest Laundryfacility, not far from unit 183. There are several coin operated washers and dryers for guest use. It is shown on the resort "aerial view" on the Location page.
The open kitchen design with Corian counters, makes the unit ideal for serving meals and entertaining.
Louvered windows in the kitchen, dining area and bedroom bring in breezes and the soothing sounds of the ocean.
There are quiet, multi-speed ceiling fans in both the living area and bedroom.
We've installed a new glass topped stove, microwave/hood unit and other small appliances for your cooking enjoyment (even if you don't want to think about cooking when you're on vacation).
The Powder Room, off the bedroom, has a vanity sink and mirror. A hair dryer is provided.
The Bathroom has recently been enlarged to a "full bath" with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
